I've been using the Cartridge People's cartridges for a while now, since I do far more working from home. The service is faultless and when there was a rare fault, Sheree sorted it out really efficiently and quickly with absolutely no fuss. She deserves maximum brownie points for an excellent service. Plus their price is really competitive. Worth every one of their 5 stars.

Purchased as set of compatible cartridges for my HP printer which were promptly rejected by HP.
A response from my enquiry via the contact form brought a prompt reply from Melanie who gave me a link to a file to reset the HP printer to an earlier firmware version. This worked and the cartridges were accepted and all works fine. I was also assisted in switching off HP auto updates to prevent future problems.

Many thanks to Stephen & Lizzie (of Cartridge People's Customer Service Tech Support Team) for persevering with problems I have been experiencing with 2 elderly Brother printers. Their advice and willingness to supply a replacement toner cartridge and a drum have resulted in one of the printers now operating satisfactorily and the other, whilst not perfect, is vastly improved and good enough for domestic use. I will continue to use it until the toner expires at which point I will invest in a new printer. Great service.

I had a problem with an HP compatible cartridge and called to see what could be done. Louise answered the phone and sorted out my problem immediately. I was particularly impressed with her professionalism and I am a very happy customer who will buy more from the company. Thank you Louise.
